Meet Chef Ihuoma- School Director

Ihuoma a graduate of Accounting from the University of Nigeria, describes herself as a self-taught, mum-taught, grandma-taught cook and baker.

An Ex- Banker who in 2004 decided to go back to her first love. FOOD.

She has traveled the world and was greatly inspired by different cultures, ingredients, and recipes from the finest cuisines and hotels worldwide, including Michelin-star restaurants.

Chef Ihuoma holds a Level 2 Diploma in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts and a Level 3 IVQ Advanced Diploma in Teaching, Training and Assessing awarded by The City & Guilds of London Institute. 

She is a member of the IACP- International Association of Culinary Professionals.

Her Passion to impact knowledge gave birth to Crumbles Chef Academy.

Meet Chef T- Culinary Instructor 

Chef Tayo Pinheiro.-A graduate of Accounting from the Polytechnic of Ibadan, she is also a graduate of history from the university of Lagos. Her career journey started from 2003-till date Spanning over 16years.

She began her career in 21st century technologies where she rose to management level.

She is currently the Founder of her pet project The Customer First Consultants. A company that believes in motivating up and coming S.M.E,s  in changing the face of customer service in Nigeria.  

Her passion for the culinary world cannot be overemphasized. 

After covid happened, she deciding to follow her heart and attended Crumbles Chef Academy and emerged as a Top student in her Set in 2021.

Currently a chef instructor at the institution. She continues to research on everything about food and is looking forward to writing her first healthy cookbook.

She has been happily married for 18yrs and has two lovely daughters

Meet Chef Victoria- Our Culinary Arts Instructor

Chef Inok Victoria Bassey is an Alumna of International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA), Dubai She has worked and interned in several Kitchens both home and abroad.

She is a Chef at Maggi Nigeria, Chef Vic has so much passion for sharing her knowledge of the Culinary Arts.

Meet Chef Akachi- Our Head Cake Artist & Instructor

 Akachi was drawn to the Arts at a very young age.

She pays the utmost attention to detail, treating each cake as a work of art, her ultimate desire to create gorgeous, delicious cake whatever the occasion.

Chef Akachi is an amazing teacher, patient and attentive to the needs of her students. Her passion for teaching and professionalism is evident in the manner she trains them.

Meet Chef Zumah- Our Baking & Patisserie Instructor

A Financial analyst turn Chef. one of he's goals in life is to Impact people through Food and aid in making and advising on better financial decisions and investments in the hospitality industry. He obtained a B.Sc from Covenant University. Having trained as a professional Chef at Reddish chronicles and worked at different Restaurant in Nigeria he mastered the art of various cooking techniques and more.

 An avid Baker who is passionate about his Craft.

Chef Zumah brings his extensive skills to the tasks of impacting knowledge to his students.

Meet Chef Fayiza-Culinary Arts Instructor

Fayiza is an Alumna of Crumbles Chef Academy.
She graduated Top in her class and demonstrates strong culinary technical skills and extensive knowledge of general culinary theories/principles and  current industry trends.

Chef Fayiza loves sharing her knowledge about international and African Cuisine with the next generation of Culinary Professionals.
